Sensory Sanctuary: Invoking Imagination Through Sound, Movement, + Expression

  • Still Point Wellness 946 Tunnel Rd Asheville, NC 28805 (map)

A time to let your imagination play & invoke the senses.

Too often, we are stuck in the world of tasks, logic, rules, & structure. What would happen if we let ourselves lean a little more into the world of fluidity, changeability, creativity, & idea? By igniting the senses & giving ourself permission to wander in our mind, we bring balance back & can hold both worlds of structure & fluidity in our hands at one time.

Discover what might be waiting for you in your imagination. A whole world of possibilities are available to you.

As we gather during this time, we will be invoking each of the five senses with….

  • Sound: Sound Healing, Meditation, + Poetry

  • Touch: Restorative Yoga + Optional Hands-On Assists

  • Sight: Guided Imagination + Art Creation

  • Taste: Hot Tea & Chocolates

  • Smell: Sage, Incense, + Essential Oils

Combining all of these modalities together to create a sanctuary of the senses…holding space for the soul to imagine & brings its truths forward.
