Crystal is Owner of Crystal’s Yoga and Healing & The Haven of Ellijay. She is an RYT-500, Usui Reiki Master, and Thai Bodywork Practitioner. She is passionate about healing on all levels: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Seeking to empower others to tap into their own powerful innate self-healing abilities, she shares her knowledge and understanding of yoga and energy healing through public and private yoga classes, workshops, events, retreats and private healing sessions. Whether in her class or a private healing session, Crystal guides and serves with compassion, honesty, humor and a nurturing tenderness.

She is passionate about creating community and empowering women to embrace their inner voice, authentic power, and innate goodness. She has a love for traditions and anything ancient. Her heart is to incorporate ancient traditions of red tent gatherings, spiritual practices, and wisdom with modern modalities of self-love, self-care, and self-growth to help guide women to get in touch with their Wild Self and live the life they’ve always wanted to live.

What is the Chakra system?
Chakras are energy centers within the body that function to balance our spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical health as they receive, assimilate, and transmit prana, or life force energy. They are portals between our inner and outer worlds - working together to coordinate energy for our entire body system as a whole. The chakra system comes from ancient Vedic texts within Indian yogic traditions - dating back between 1500 and 500 BC.
This retreat is unique in that we look not only at the Chakra system, but also at the Chakra system through the lens of being a woman and how each chakra is affected by our own life’s story, living in the world as a woman, social messages we received as a woman, and our current life circumstances.
The Chakra system covers multiple layers of Self - from safety, to creativity, to authenticity, to spirituality, and more.
What is a Women’s Circle?
Women’s Circles are spaces to connect to our inner selves, the Divine, and like-hearted sisters. With topical questions, the group is guided to share one at a time from their most authentic truth. While one sister shares, the rest listen silently in support. This is not a group that offers advice or feedback - it is a way for you to find your own answer with sisters listening and believing in you. We sit in a circle to tap into the feminine, cyclical energy as well as reminding ourselves of the equality we all share.
Johanna’s Circle leading style incorporates ancient traditions of red tent gatherings and spiritual practices with modern modalities of guided discussion, journal work, ritual, somatic movement, guided meditation, and more.

Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Workshop
with Crystal
Are you a yoga instructor? Would you like to dive deeper into how to incorporate the chakras into your yoga classes?
This retreat includes optional Continuing Education (CE) credits for Yoga Alliance registered yoga instructors! In addition to daily yoga classes, circles, and activities for the chakras, Crystal Robbins is offering a two hour workshop for learning how to integrate the knowledge of the chakras into teaching yoga classes. Learn to enhance your classes with strategic sequencing, pranayama, meditation, and focused awareness to heighten the student’s experience.
Yoga instructors earn 8 CE credits through the Yoga Alliance with this workshop and retreat.

Life Cultivation Coaching Packages

Begin your transformational journey today by pairing this retreat with 1:1 life cultivation coaching. These sessions are aimed to hone in on your desires, remove obstacles that are in the way, and utilize natural gifts you have within yourself to bring the biggest of dreams into your lived experience.
The beauty of pairing coaching with this retreat is that together we can begin shifting and transforming before the retreat begins, deepen the retreat experience, and ensure an impactful integration processes. Allowing for deepening-in of insight gained, continual follow-through, and expanding off of what was begun - while also setting yourself up with next steps, implementation, and more.
Johanna’s approach is one of partnering with you to co-creatively explore your inner world to find the answers you’ve been seeking. Sessions are via Zoom and include a mix of deep listening, intuitive questions, discussion, ritual, somatic movement, meditation, and more.
This deep work is perfect for someone that is ready to make major life changes (career, way of living, relationship, etc), put away unhelpful habits, step into dreams that have long seemed unattainable, and more. Or maybe it’s not even about shifting something…but expanding it! Taking something that you love and watching it grow even bigger…beyond your wildest dreams!

Elohee Policies:
Alcohol Policy: Elohee is an alcohol-free facility.
Adult Retreat Facility: Elohee is an adult retreat facility for people 18 and older. Please inquire about any possible exceptions.
Code of Conduct: Facilitators, guests, and staff must be respectful to each other. Your retreat may be sharing space with others outside your retreat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for violence of any kind. Violent behavior will require the involvement of law enforcement and violent offenders will be removed from the property.
Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed unless they are certified service animals. If the guest does bring a certified service animal there is a non-refundable pet fee of $100 and is responsible for any damages.
